Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets quarterly to conduct Corporation business on the 2nd Saturday of March, September, and December and on the 1st Sunday of June. The meetings are held in Fairbanks at the Dinyee office in the Key Bank Building, located at 100 Cushman Street in Suite 402. Shareholders are welcome to attend the meetings and if not able to attend, may request a copy of the meeting minutes from Dinyee. Interested shareholders wishing to attend a meeting will need to contact Dinyee for the time of that particular meeting as the times may vary.
